Terms of use
These terms govern your use of this website and the products and services of Meridian Labs LLC ("Meridian Labs", "we", "us"), including Realmatic Toolkit (the "Services"). By using the Services you agree to these terms. A product may have additional terms, which apply alongside these.
Your account
You must provide accurate information when you create an account and keep your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old, and if you are under the age of majority where you live, you need a parent or guardian's permission.
Your content
You keep ownership of the content you create in the Services. You give us a limited licence to host, store, copy and display that content only as needed to operate the Services. For example, this lets us sync it across your devices, show it to the campaign members you share it with, or list it in a marketplace when you choose to publish it. You are responsible for making sure you have the rights to any content you upload or publish.
Acceptable use
Do not use the Services to break the law, infringe anyone's intellectual property, harass or harm others, distribute malware, interfere with the Services or attempt to access accounts or data that aren't yours. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Third-party content and trademarks
Game systems, settings and trademarks belonging to third parties remain the property of their owners. Content created and published by users is the responsibility of the user who published it. If you believe content on the Services infringes your rights, contact us at info@firstmeridianlabs.com.
Purchases
Some features or content may be offered for a fee. Prices, billing terms and any refund policy will be presented before you buy. Purchases made through an app store are also subject to that store's terms.
Changes and availability
We are continually improving the Services and may add, change or remove features. We will try to give notice of significant changes. We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, Meridian Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Services.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
